Booking
Thank you for your interest in bringing my live performance to your venue! Here you will find all the info on what a live performance entails and how to order one up.
I perform a wide variety of old and new Country and Americana cover songs as well as my own original music in the same genre. It is an honor and a privilege to play music for an audience and create a genuine, memorable connection with people through this art-form. I very much look forward to playing for you.

Thank you for your interest in hiring me for live music at your venue!
It is always a pleasure to play music for a live audience and connect with people through my art-form. I believe in good communication and below is a list of the “nitty-gritty” so we are all on the same page ahead of time. ☺ Most of this same info is in my performance contract, however I’ve simplified it here.
Booking:
Performance date, time and duration will be confirmed and documented on my live performance contract prior to performance – including any and all details listed below:
Fee:Payment is due in full upon completion of my performance on the same day.
I only accept cash, check, or Venmo (USD) for payment.
*For local (Stehekin) performances, I offer a $75 discount as no ferry ride to the venue is necessary.
Cancellation:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the purchaser (venue), my policy is as
follows: Cancellation by purchaser to contracted performance date:
A) Up to 2 weeks in advance of performance date: 25% of my fee
B) Within 2 weeks in advance of performance date: 50% of my fee
I, the performer, may also not cancel this agreement except for proven inability to perform due to sickness, accident, or other legitimate causes beyond my control.
Promo Materials:
Concert posters, performer photos, press release and other promotional materials can be found on my Facebook page or requested directly from me via email.
Load-In & Sound-Check:
I require 1.5 hours to load my equipment in and sound check. If at all possible, it is always preferred to load in and sound check directly prior to show time. For example: Load in at 4:30pm for a 6pm show.
Sound System:
I perform with a top-of-the-line compact PA system that can easily accommodate venues up to 300 people – indoors or outdoors. For solo and duo performances, I do not require a sound technician to run sound. Should a sound technician be necessary, this will be discussed upon booking and added to the performance contract with a fee for their service.
Meals:
I do not require meals be provided by the venue. If your venue provides food at a discount or “comp” for musicians, this shall not substitute as a form of payment for my performance.
I will, however always graciously accept food when offered as I very much enjoy eating!
Tips:
I humbly set up a tip-jar at all performances. Any and all tips generated shall not substitute as payment or partial payment by the purchaser (venue).
Sets & Breaks:
My sets are generally 45-50 minutes long with a 10-15 minute break in between.
Set-Lists & Requests:
I generally prepare set lists ahead of time. You can find my song lists and sets on this page. If you have a request for a specific song, I’m all ears! If I don’t already know it, I will consider learning it and performing it at my next show or I will post a video performance online.
Livestreaming and or Recording my Performance:
There will be certain occasions when I will livestream my performance to an online audience in addition to the live audience. If I do so, I will notify your venue ahead of time and it will be no-tated in the performance agreement.
Conduct:
I take great pride in showing up on time and being respectful to everyone around me.
I do not use any substances such as tobacco, alcohol or recreational drugs of any kind.
My only goal is to give my very best musical performance and create a genuine connection with the audience.
